WAPC DELAYS JOONDALUP-BASED SINGLE GENDER SCHOOLS

The Catholic Education Office has received notification that the WA Planning Commission has declined to approve the rezoning of the single-gender colleges site in Joondalup from rural to urban usage. This poses problems for the development of the school sites.

While further negotiations are taking place, the opening of the Colleges is deferred until this matter is resolved.
